The listing is not very clear at all, but I believe you get 4 boxes. This is how many boxes I was sent when I ordered a pack of the poultry flavour for review. The weight is given on the product listing as 5kg, which would add up to 4 boxes, and a recommended retail price of £16.84 can't be for just one box of 12 pouches - no shop in the world sells these things for that much!
