Nice shaver son really liked it

I had a couple of old trimmers (no-name brands) that worked well but their batteries never lasted that long. One required charging for hours but then discharged after one use. The other trimmer also worked well enough the first couple of times but was overall a cheap trimmer and also had a short-life battery. So far, this Braun lives up to it's advertisements. I charged it fully when I received it, have used it three times and the thing is holding a charge. I just took it on an extended trip and forgot to bring the charger along. The Braun worked great so if you're looking for a robust trimmer, this is the one The trimmer has the typical number of trimmer heads - body hair, shaving, etc. - and if you have kids, the kit has a head-hair attachment. This is a terrific trimmer. I rated it a four because I was disappointed with the travel case. I really wanted to be able to store the trimmer when not in use but when the trimmer, charger, and all of the attachments are stored in their respective locations, the case just doesn't close. It actually does close but it feels like the one or two of the attachment would break. So, I leave it plugged in and the case near by. When I traveled, I carried only those attachments I thought I'd need. In that instance, the case worked great so maybe I'll remove the ones I wouldn't typically use. I hope Braun redesigns the case. I'm not wild about the fabric holders, Maybe they could change the design to include more hard plastic where each piece would fit tightly and the covers would close sufficiently.

It feels like good quality build with many additional accessories. It cuts properly, not getting stuck in hair or feeling like it is pulling. I used it only for trimming and cutting my beard. The case is great for travel if you plan on taking it with you.

I was extremely skeptical of buying my man a electric shaver. Every single one I looked at in this price range had lots of mixed reviews, if there's too many bad reviews I won't waste my time or money. But this one here had very good reviews and my man absolutely loves it. Doesn't take long to charge and the battery lasts for everrrr... Definitely a must must must buy.

I have owned this product for several years now. I absolutely loved it at first. At the time I had a buzz cut, no facial hair and mainly used the non-scratching ceramic blade to do fine touches like trimming the hair line. I have tried this product many times now that I have a beard and longer hair, a classic style. This trimmer is absolutely horrible for trimming beards! First off, the guard pops off way too easily, in fact, once the guard popped off and gave me a bald patch on my beard so I had to remove my whole beard and let it grow back again. Second, this trimmer cuts unevenly. For example, when my beard got way too long I wanted to trim it down before going going out in public and it ended up cutting unevenly around my chin and took weeks for it to correct itself. In conclusion, a barber shop like hair saloon for men is your best bet for a $17 beard trim. A barber spends about 20 minutes making your beard shorter around the sideburn area and longer around your chin. Barbers know what they’re doing, we do not! I highly recommend you get your beard trimmed by a barber rather than waste money in this product! After this product failed me multiple times while trimming my beard I am not interested in upgrading to a better beard trimmer, I just stick with a good ol fashioned barber to give you the perfect beard this product just can’t do, as pictured. Get clippers. A lot of unexpected extras I’ll never use. Comes with first class travel case. ONLY thing they missed, was cleaning brush. FYI

I used to have a vacuum trimmer that I loved. Unfortunately there are very few options for this type of trimmer, although what I also lived is that I could quickly adjust the trim length without having to switch comb attachments. The Braun has this feature, the build, look and feel is excellent, and the performance and battery is spot on! It comes with lots of attachments, although so far I haven't needed to use any...although when I do need them! A great product and price!

I have been using this trimer for over 6 months now and I can say so far it is one of the best trimers I had. I bought a series 5 trimmer in 2016 and though this series 7 trimmer externally has the same shape and arrangement, it is advance in: - It has a steel head (the main beard trimmer head) compared to plastic head in series 5. This makes this trimmer look and feels solid and durable. - With metal head and improved features, it now has 0.5mm minimum cutting length compared to old series 5 1.0mm cutting length. This is one of the most important features for me. - Not only it has less minimum cutting length, it's precision is quite advanced compared to the old. For example, when both trimmers set at 1.0mm length, this trimmer give a more closed trim compared to old series 5. It is quite visible visually and I feel the this new series 7 has more accurate cutting length. All my previous Braun trimmers were cutting the beard too longer than it's stated length. As of now, I need to cut the bear very short and for that, this trimmer gives required close trim. So far I have not seen any other competition to that. Even otherwise, the trimmer running great so far. Disadvantages: at certain lengths, the trimer gives a bit of a vibrating sound. But this is much less than my previous series 5 trimmer. Overall, it is quite silence trimer.
