This is a genuine replacement filter. It was received in good condition, fitted perfectly and worked as expected.

They do the job. I’ve not had the water tested after it comes out of the carafe, but I can tell you it doesn’t smell like chlorine anymore. I think this is a good counter top system. And since I live alone, I don’t have to change them as often as estimated because it’s based on an average family. So far the system has alerted me when a new one is needed…
