What an amazing product - leaves clothes so soft, fresh, unscented and fluffy! I love this brand and all it stands for.

Literally the only one I can use, I’m allergic to a lot of cosmetics and fabric softeners. Im allergic to all the fabric softeners at my local stores, so I tried this instead. I’m on my third bottle of this, and I can’t complain. It works, I like the smell (it just has a clean smell, it’s very light which is good because strong smells make me sick), you don’t have to use much, etc. I just wish for the price it wasn’t such a small bottle, but I guess for the ingredients it’s worth it. It’s definitely worth a try if you have sensitive skin that’s easily irritated like mine.

Working well; softening clothing without clogging! No smell. Appreciate the natural approach to cleanliness!

Honestly, no cons to report on this so far. Exactly as advertised, fragrance free and great for sensitive skin. The bottle is smaller BUT you use half of what you might from mainstream brands. Works amazingly for the fabric our pets come into contact with, didn't damage couch cushion covers, and worked as intended. Our previous fabric softener was staining our clothes (this was both a manufacturing problem where they added too much dye to this particular batch we later found out, and our machine wasn't equipped to handle said dye) so we opted to switch. Cold water friendly and more sustainable without a scent were our priorities. This delivers on all fronts. We have to use half of the liquid of other fabric softeners and it does its job so well that it leaves our fabric without heavy scent despite having some seriously smelly pets in the home. Worth it.

It's good. But is very small for the price.
