These are beautiful knives & are very sharp. I have followed the directions for caring for these knives & they have remained sharp & beautiful. The manufacturer suggests washing these knives by hand & I have done that with each use. I am very happy with the quality of these knives & have recommended them to friends.

Overall pretty set in electric blue. They are very sharp and work much better than past sets of mine.

These items are rarely used. My kitchen is predominantly used for appearance and astecthics and this set is superb. I've a perfectly set of matching salt and pepper shakers. Thumbs up!
