I bought it for my boyfriend and I asked him if it was a good one he says it is so I let y’all know again but it’s very cute!

Recently I've been looking for another microphone that I can use for both gaming and for recording my podcasts. As such when I came across this USB Gaming Microphone with earbuds from MRSDY I knew it would be a perfect addition to what I already have. I really like how this gaming microphone is small and simple in design but works quite well. The sound quality is pretty much on par with my more expensive microphones. I like how it comes with a set of earbuds that I can use with the microphone though I usually use my separate headphones. I like that it comes a 2-meter-long USB cable that allows you to easily plug it into your computer or laptop. The microphone itself has a volume adjustment knob as well as an on/off switch, a switch for noise reduction and a mute switch. What I really love about this gaming is the RGB lights on the side and front as well as the microphone glowing the same color. Doesn't really add to the recording quality but it is pretty cool looking. All in all, this is a very well designed and high-quality USB gaming microphone that will be perfect for gaming or making podcast records. 5 out of 5 stars.

I would recommend it if your on a low budget like I am. Works great for PC & Console use.

I set this up on my secondary laptop -- an old behemoth, MacBookPro 2012. As you can see on my photo, it clearly shows (even though I hadn't selected it yet, the USBMC1 choice that is *this* mic. The second snapshot shows me dictating into a Word doc (the error on the MRSDY is mine -- I said B not D, crafty little thing picked up what I said, not what I meant - grin). I don't use the LED feature, so I cannot speak to that. I use mics for online education, online meeting venues, virtual world venues, dictating my thoughts, and other communications. If you need to get up and running this will do it for you. As you grow and need other benefits from microphones, you can add to your collection. This is a 5 star mic for it's current $40-ish USD pricepoint. One note: Set up your mic so you can easily get to (i.e., press) the mute button, if that's something you use regularly -- I'm a "fumble-fingers" and it's a bit close for me. If your hands are adroit and nimble then it may not be an issue. I, personally, would have liked to have had the mic stand have at least another half inch in height from stand to base of mic.

I like the form factor of this microphone. It's compact and has fun lighting, as well as an earphone monitor option. However, I tried test recordings and it picked up everything. Touching the desk it was sitting on, spinning the trackball ball, touching the cable... even with noise cancellation it produced a distracting recording. I'm not sure if putting it on a small tripod would isolate it from the surrounding surfaces, but my first tests were disappointing, and I'd have trouble using the device for a podcast recording or video call as experienced so far. I can say the setup was painless, just plugged in the headphone, plugged in the USB, turned the volume down fast (as the instruction sheet tells you to do, of course), and it was up and running. I'll try to figure out how to resolve the sound issues, but it will be on the back burner for a while.

This USB RGB Microphone is LEGIT! It is so fast and easy to get started using it! PLUG AND PLAY! I love that it comes equipped with a beautiful array of colors that cycle through. It is a simple flick of a switch and the lights turn on and off seamlessly. I love the audio receiver! It is totally FLAC level quality. You will really be impressed! If you are recording a podcast or working on a school project it is easy to adjust the audio level. The knob turns smoothly. And, if your dog barks or there is someone at your door, simply click the button on the bottom and your mic is muted. Super easy and very responsive. Plug into a 3.5 mm audio jack with the included headphones. It provides live audio feedback on your recordings. Make sure you get it right the first time and not have to do another take. This is an all-around good microphone! It is a must buy for someone in need of great audio quality microphone without breaking the bank! Highly recommend this mic to a friend, family, or a complete stranger! Its GOOOOOD!

I'll admit, I'm not a gamer; I just selected this microphone for the cool colors. But, it works as a great microphone for my desktop computer. It is recognized by Teams and Zoom meetings. I usually sit about 18" to 24" away from it when I'm in meetings. The sound quality people here is very good and it does a great job of clearing out some of the background noise. I don't use the headphone input / output, but that is a nice feature if you want to switch over to headphones. I'm pleasantly surprised. In addition to looking nice, it is quite affordable and does an excellent job.

This mic works so well if the background noise is hard to eliminate. There needs to be a program to control the device itself
