If I could I would give negative stars. Horrible quality, worse packing, and non existent customer service. Don't spend the money.

I like it, the door is a bit short makes it a little difficult for cleaning as I am 5'10" but I deal. The door is secure though. Bought this for a messy cat to get him out of the house. He likes it and I got a heated house for him too. Some of the screw holes are in impossible places so had to make new holes and the holes where the box goes were in the wrong place so it's not facing outward but it's better for him to hide. It is under cover so I don't know how water proof the roof is. I think it's a bit over priced for what it is and could be made much more cheaply from scratch but I needed something now and this serves my purpose well. All around pleased with this product.

Sturdier than expected. Fairly easy assembly.

My cats hate it. I don't know why but they just sit on the ground and yell to get out.
