If you want it for constipation, well I took 6 a day and still didn’t give me diarrhoea (though I was not suffering from constipation). If you want it for hair growth, I didn’t notice any difference before finishing off the bottle. These reviews are subjected not just for opinions but also for the body individually, so I am not saying you shouldn’t try. It’s cheap enough to not get caught up in feeling wasting money if it doesn’t seem to make an obvious difference. Update: I went and bought different capsules and they seem to work, but I am suffering from indigestion. I have to admit that I recently realised that I was not digesting food very well, and I started taking some enzymes. Since then castor oil (and other supplements too) started working well, so the fault may not have been with these capsules. That’s why I say go and try yourself and see if they work for you.

It works for constipation.

It took 4 days in the freezer to freeze. Them I took 5 with 2 mimosa peduca. I'm following a protocol to clean small intestine along with other things. It worked in morning, and not painful or anything. Took 5 frozen capsules.

As described by Seller, soft gel capsules, but large and not too easily swallowed, fast-working, effective results, shipped fast, and reasonably priced.

Castor oil supplement is incredible, it's easy to swallow, with the multiple benefits this castor oil comes handy. Highly recommend
