Excellent quality, low cost
Amazing protection for a fraction of the price compared to other brands (Pelican). The inclusion of foam is great and helps make it super easy to lay out exactly as you want.I currently use it to hold:1x Sony A7Riii with battery grip1x Tamron 28-75mm1x Sony 70-200mmGoPro caseCamcorderSD card/battery casePeak Design camera strapand there’s still room for a few more things if necessary!

Well Made Strong Case
Surprisingly good hard case at a fraction of the cost of a Pelican or HPRC. It's well made and very strong with two layers of pluckable foam, a lower layer of fitted foam and egg box foam in the lid. The foam plucks easily (I used matchsticks to mark the corners prior to plucking) but is strong enough not to separate in use. The two pluckable layers make it easy to vary the depth for various items, such as the XLR adapter and handle in the photo which only need the top layer plucked.I normally buy branded cases for camera equipment but thought I'd give this one a go for my new GH7 rig as it required a fairly large case which was going to cost the price of another lens! I'm not disappointed, however we'll see how it performs in commercial use over the next few months. The only slightly negative observation is the case latches are very stiff, more so for closing than opening. I would have preferred the latches on the bottom section with a two stage operation, rather than on the lid in a single operation. Hopefully they will ease off over time, and better stiff than loose. The two handles are a nice touch, and the pull-along handle extends via a spring loaded mechanism by pinching two latches recessed into the case base. Fully retracted it acts as a handle on the top of the case, with no chance of it pulling out in use. The wheels are good quality and fitted using a nut and bolt with a spring clip to prevent them coming off, a fairly premium feature. They are also pretty quiet when pulling the case, unlike some.Overall I would recommend this case to protect expensive equipment, it may be Amazon Basics but there's not much basic about it!

Good quality budget peli case clone
I purchased this not for its intended purpose (camera equipment) but in order to take a basic set of tools on international flights. In the past, I have checked in my toolbox as hold luggage (you can't take tools in hand luggage), but on the last trip it arrived missing its handle, and the display of my multi meter was cracked, and having seen the way baggage handlers "care" for passengers bags, I decided I needed something with more padding.I looked at peli cases but they're horrendously expensive, this case is a much cheaper alternative, and hopefully it's up to the task. I don't need anything truly watertight, just sturdy and with a foam insert, but this case looks like it would be.Pros:Excellent value for moneyFairly light weightSeems sturdy, not tested it long term thoughFoam insert is of good qualityLabel/name tag insert is well designed, can't be removed unless case is openedCons:Would prefer the padlock attachment point to be in the center, to fully secure the case you have to use two padlocks, which is a bit inconvenient. If you use a single padlock the case can be partially prised open on the other side, potentially contents could be exposed that way.Not really a con, more of a personal preference, but i would've preferred the foam inside to be a single piece, so it can be cut with a stanley knife like other cases. I can see why amazon did this however as a lot of people wouldn't be comfortable doing that, the pre-cut squares design is "tool-less".

Good protection
Seems a pretty solid case with a tough plastic shell and robust latches with the option to padlock on each side. The rotary valve completely seals against pressure changes when in the aircraft hold etc. There's two layers of "pick'n'pluck" foam so you can adjust for items of different heights as well and length and width. I found in practice you can fine-tune the depth of recess in lower layer by cutting the removed blocks in half with a knife and replacing.Removing blocks is easy enough, each layer is made of foam rectangles about 1cm on each side which are partly attached to four neighbours. By carefully pulling away and plucking out, recesses are formed to hold your kit. Items can protrude 1cm or so and all are pushed down by the 'egg grade' foam fixed under the lid.NB There's plenty of online video guides on how to use toothpicks to created outlines of items before starting to remove the foam blocks. Your definitely want to plan the layout of items before launching in, as there's no easy way to replace foam blocks removed in error from the top layer. The one downside is the case tips over very easily when placed upright due to the position of the hinges; a surprising oversight.

Good for the price I paid
This was on offer at £31 which was £15 less than its rrp. I just needed it to offer protection from knocks in transit and for safe storage home. It will never be subjected to the rigours the Peli brand cases are supposed to offer protection from and It seems as tough as my Vanguard branded case. Not sure who treats their equipment to such abuse or risk of being driven over! I am happily using it for a £1000 Atomos Shogun Ultra and it accommodates the monitor 2 SMALLRIG NP-F970 10500mAh batteries, spiral cable and a SMALLRIG Lightweight NATO Top Handle - 4345.The handle, hinges and the fastening seem secure. I have no intention of testing its waterproof seal by submerging it but I have no doubt it would be comfortably weatherproof, if I got caught in a shower.
