Hard Crystal Case Clear Skin Cover Shell for Nintendo 3DS

I recently ordered this clear hard shell plastic case for my Nintendo 3DS, and I am very pleased with how it performs as a basic protective layer. The primary reason I opted for a see-through design was to still be able to see my consile, but protect it from unsightly scratches and scuffs during daily use. I found that the two pieces snapped onto the handheld remarkably well, providing a snug and secure fit that doesn't rattle or slide around when I am playing. All of the essential cutouts for the charging port, stylus, headphone jack, and game cartridge slot are perfectly aligned, so there is no need to remove the shell to access any of the device's features. While the plastic is quite rigid, it remains lightweight and doesn't add any significant bulk to the console, allowing it to still fit comfortably into my usual travel pouch. It feels durable enough to handle minor bumps, and the transparency is excellent without any noticeable cloudiness or imperfections in the finish. For a relatively inexpensive accessory, it does exactly what it promises by offering reliable protection without compromising the classic look of the 3DS. It is a straightforward, functional solution for any owner looking to keep their hardware in pristine condition.

Protects the 3DS while keeping all the ports easy access. Only downside is I’m not able to place it in the charging cradle (attached image), which is a shame, but I should’ve known anyways so I’m not docking any stars for that, just letting you know. Oh also great at protecting any stickers on your 3DS

It has access to all the ports, except for one to add charms. The case is a little sharp at edges, so sanding it down may be helpful. But other than that, it’s perfect for its purpose.

It was not really great to hold and use the DS with it. Because of the rough edges holding the DS in your hands was troublesome. Pay a bit more for better quality, or dont use a cover.
