Living in Australia, we are chronically short of Vitamin D, I know, it's a thing. Always found it tricky to find a high dose Vitamin D that was not the size of small cucumber. These are perfect.

After 1.5 months of taking this product by luck I had to get a blood test. Got called into the Doctors office and was told my Vitamin D levels were toxic. Your product doses are way too high. I suggest everyone who is on it get a blood test
