I actually did a return due to these bad reviews but I would just like to say that this portable charger is good. Ofcourse you have to charge it completely when you first get it. I have a note 20 ultra and when my phone is low battery it charges my phone quickly. I am able to charge my phone 2 times until I have to charge the portable charger again. So it really isn't so bad like some of the negative reviews I read.

I can charge my S10 multiple times. And you don't have to look for a cord

I always used to worry about my battery running out, but not anymore. I keep it charged in my purse at all times. It's small but it charges fast and easily. I use it for my phone and my Kindle. Now I never have to worry about having a phone if the power goes out or if I'm stuck somewhere and can't get to a charger. This is a great bargain!

It's a good product, but was sent in a Ziploc bag with stuff written on the instructions. Not what I expected

I've only have it a day or so buy its so convenient I don't need a separate cord

I like the small suze, but am disappointed that it takes so long to recharge my phone and also to recharge itself. Two hours or more for either is excessive.
