Living in the Hebrides means that access to high street products is not exactly routine. Anyway, at the beginning of the colder autumn weather we suffered an incursion of rats in the area where we keep some hens. A quick search for bait blocks led us to the Roshield product. They were delivered promptly and appeared to be of good quality. I have used an identical product sourced from our local agricultural store in the past so was aware of what to expect in terms of durabilty ( weather resistance) and effectiveness in eradicating the pest issue. These turned out to be very good quality in terms of composition i.e. they were sufficiently solid to allow them to be screwed to a piece of wood in order to prevent the rats from removing them from the location. The issue with the rats was resolved within a few days. Would definitely recommend this product and seller; good quality bait blocks and value for money.

Love the ease of use, always use gloves. Live near the farm and pond so rats can be an issue. These work really well and keep them under control for us. Very quick acting, no offensive smell and great value.

Neighbour has many bird feeders and this attracts rats which then come into our garden. Have used this product several times and it does seem to work, but needs several applications to do the job

This rodent bait has proved very effective against large infestations when following the instructions. I have used it more than once and it works every time. If I was more organised I wouldn’t let infestations of rodents return, but keeping poultry does attract the vermin and populations build in a few weeks. However, this bait knocks the infestations back in around one week of careful application.
