So. This thing saved my life haha! I got a reversal and any day without this thing was a nightmare for the first couple weeks. I'll say this. Don't buy the other version that looks like underwear; there is not nearly enough support. This one was amazing. It fits well and is durable. It's not super fun to feel the straps on the back but that's my only complaint. But more than anything? Buy 2. You'll wear this every day and it gets dirty quick. 3 is probably the magic number.

Kept the boys nice and tight with a coldness only these could achieve. Never go through the discomfort without these.

Pretty comfortable, but runs a little small. Amazon suggested I get a Large but I got a Medium, and I wish I had listened to the recommendation. The pouch for the ice packs work well

It's not a bad product, but it doesn't really do anything better than the items it's supposedly replacing. The material is soft but much too stretchy to be really supportive. I ended up using it in combo with tight athletic boxer briefs for better support. The ice packs are fine but the way they are shaped along with the pouch means it just kind of sits on top. It doesn't actually provide direct icing or compression on the areas that need it (typically to either side) post vasectomy, but it's better than nothing. I would have given 4 stars except the included ice packs also kept falling out of the pocket. So even when using it as designed, with the included accessories, it failed. On top of that the ice gel packs are continuously reusable but have "Nutsicles" written across them plus a cartoon scrotum shape on it. Not exactly something I'm going to save to put on a booboo or in the kids' lunches. So that ends up being a waste too.If I had to do it over I wouldn't buy it again. You're really better off using a standard jock strap and/or compression shorts with any gel ice pack or bag of peas etc. I did find it a little funny that they poke fun at using a bag of peas when in reality that works a lot better than the ice packs they sell.
