This Clothes Washer Rocks!
We do 4 months of travel baseball each summer which means staying in hotels. We were tired of hotel laundry service being too expensive and majority of the laundry facilities in the hotels don’t even work. We were in the market for a compact clothes washer and this washer rocks! Very compact, affordable, super easy to use, the wash time is quick and you can easily load clothes on the top with ease. The included sink faucet hookups are a great travel companion especially with limited sink space in hotels. For the quality, design and price this clothes washer is your travel must have. We highly recommend this travel washer.

Junk
Junk. Used it about five times and it stopped working. The water level setting never doesn’t really change the amount of water it intakes. Eventually it would only take in water for about 15 seconds and then shut off. Even when I set it to “Manual Mode” and filled it with water it wouldn’t do anything, then eventually beep and shutoff. The draining feature started to only drain a partial amount of water out. I had to set it to drain four times to get it to empty. I’ve spent hours trying to get this thing to work. Not worth the money, spend a little more and get something more quality.

Easy to setup, good post-purchase service; Recommend it!
I enjoy the auto-water-inlet and auto-drain washing feature, I do not have to worry to pour water in (unless the manual function is used) a few times during the wash-rinse cycles and no need to hold onto the machine during the spin-dry cycle. It saves my energy, less stressed, and allows me to do more things other than keeping the washer company. Special thanks to Expever the seller or Daniel from Mojoco, you know your product well and have been very helpful in solving issue. Advantages of this square-portable washer: 1. it's quite portable thus a little heavier (than the pink cone-shaped washer), this washer does come with the T-connector; 2. very easy to setup and to connect with the water supply; 3. this 60-watts model is quieter than those 40-watts models; 4. its square design does hold more pieces (eg, 2 sport bras, 1 sport bra and 1 pair of leggings, or 1 sport bra and one top) and provides more stability during spin-dry process; 5. decent washing job; 6. good post-purchase service: the seller is responsive with easy-to-understand detail. Disadvantages: 1. only 1-year limit warranty (but Asurion provides up to 3-year protection plan with additional fee); 2. even with auto-drainage, considerable water amount left in the drum and in the lower base that I have to lift it up and shake from side to side to let the water drain through the lid lock (at these particular moments, I would miss the 4-drain holes system from the pinky cone washer) and usually I still need to wipe dry the remaining water; 2. the improved spin-dry sometimes is still weak, I usually have to use 2 spin-dry cycle for the pieces not to dripple and basket still sometimes comes off during the spin (perhaps changes to a bigger magnet if this is how to get the basket sticks onto the impeller? Just a thought)

Nice little machine and great customer service.
I unfortunately received two machines that seemed to have been returns as they smelled strongly of mildew. The seller reached out to me explaining that that was an issue with the Amazon warehouse and urged me to try once more. I had been looking at similar machines on Amazon, and none of them had all of the same features as this one, so I decided to try a third time. I'm glad I did! The third machine arrived in much better condition. There was a little bit of water on the lid, but that's normal as they do quality control before shipping, and there was no mildew smell to this one at all. I've now run two loads through and it's working great. The spin basket doesn't hold very much, only about a third of the full machine capacity, but this is the case with any of these machines. I bought this for things I normally hand wash, so this isn't an issue for me. I love that it has multiple cycle options, some with automatic rinse and drain, so I can just let it do its thing without having to check on it every five minutes. Customer service was really great. They were in contact with me every step of the way making sure that everything was as it should be. I would definitely order from this seller again.

You are better off buying a bucket and handwashing the items yourself.
I tested this product with two types of materials used on an automotive vehicle just to test its cleaning power. I tried with pre washed microfiber cloths that on normal circumstances just need a second wash to remove debris(also allowed them to soak for a few hours prior) and two small window cleaning cloths specifically only used on inside windows of a car. These cloths were brand new and never used until the time of. There was literally only product and slight dirt on them. Both types of cloths came back still dirty after washing multiple runs on manual.... which brings me to my next point... The inlet tee adapter given to users are made for garden hoses. Maybe I'm wrong but I don't think most homes in the U.S have garden hose attachments on the inside of their apartments/ dorms etc. It does not connect to the kitchen faucet which for me has a male thread or my bathroom faucet which was a female thread. That's fine you can use it without it although it won't clean anything. The machine only operates after you first turn it on, meaning you have to quickly select an option in order for it to begin anything, however when it comes to the drain feature, its also a complete disaster. It does not drain, with or without the items inside. The only positive thing I can say about this product is that it was real easy to dry with an air compressor, however it doesn't have a practical purpose for $185. Great concept but extremally poorly executed.
