VEVOR Electric Car Jack, 5 Ton/11023 LBS Hydraulic Jack Lift with Built-in Inflatable Pump and LED Light

I was surprised at how well this works. It made the brake job much easier. Muvh lighter to move around than my old hydraulic shop jack and got the job done. I still used jack stands once up but I'm impressed with how well this electric car jack works.

Nice jack. Takes a lot of the work out of changing a tire. when your disabled every step counts. this has helped a lot. Well worth the money.

Hopefully this information helps the next person out. My daughter had a flat tire on 8/22/25. She called me and brought out my Vevor MSYN01-2. I keep the unit in my trunk so I retrieved it and used the power/charge option which accesses your 12 voltage outlet in your car. The unit did power up but I could not get the 'air inflation' to activate in spite of hitting the function/power keys located on top of the unit. After spending 10 minutes or so on this, and wondering if the unit was properly functioning, I navigated to the Vevor website. There is no customer service ph# provided on the website. You can only speak with a live agent thru chat. I logged on to 'Live Chat" and spoke with 4 individual agents and 3 of those chats were disconnected and I have no clue as to why. This delayed and extended my chat time considerably. Good thing was they had a record of my request because I was asked to provide an order#. More on that later. Unit was purchased in June of 2025. Specifically my issue was that I was confused by the diagram (provided to me per unit information and specs list) as it listed multiple screenshots of the hydraulic jack but the “function switch” (listed as #2 on 1 of the diagrams) on this model is located on top of the unit; on another diagram provided it’s listed as “#2” for the side of the unit that holds “inflation components." I was momentarily confused. After I figured out that the unit needed to be engaged in order to function meaning the air tube needs to be connected to tire stem before it actually pumps air, then I was ok. Per the last agent I chatted with, I made a recommendation and sent a a electronic copy of information booklet, via chat and included a suggestion, "please relay this to management, you may want to provide your 'chat' agents with a short FAQ sheet so that they can keep nearby to use when customers access chat & let them know some of these simple issues that may arise if the MSY01-2 is not properly set up". Had I not figured this out through trial and error then I would have sent this unit back to manufacturer or sold it because I would have assumed it was faulty. Normally when you go to a gas station and use a public air pump, once you dispense the required amount of quarters into the machine, the machine turns on and you hear it activate. With the MSY01-2, even when powered up, if you hit the 'air' function button and the air tube is not connected to tire stem, then you won't hear anything. I was also told by 1 of 3 agents (chat disconnected several times?) that they would relay issue to team & someone would respond in 24 hours? That does diddly squat when you are stranded on a highway or street &/or can’t get the unit to work. You guys have got to do better. & Again a basic understanding such as a 'cheat sheet' of the unit for 'chat' agents would help. I find it hard to believe that I am the only one that has experienced this with this particular unit. You guys have got to do better. Now back to the order#. Why is it necessary to provide an order number for something I bought almost 3 months ago? When you are in a predicament with your vehicle, & you’re stressing & trying to get help that’s not feasible to do because that info has to be searched for and if you don't remember where you placed the order itself & being that it is in email format, that can be a serious problem. In addition I was not requesting to send the unit back or be refunded or given a credit due to return at the time. If that were the case then I would totally understand providing verification. Providing you with the order# helped me in no way at all. Your FAQ on the website shows nothing that I can see on this process regarding unit needing to be engaged AND that the air tube needs to be attached to tire stem before turning on inflation otherwise it will not pump air & you may think the unit is damaged when it is not. Just a suggestion, please relay this to management, you live agents may want to compose a short FAQ sheet & keep nearby to use when customers access chat & let them know some of these simple issues that may arise if the MSY01-2 is not properly set up. Had I not figure this out then I would have sent this unit back to manufacturer or sold it. Also why is it necessary to provide an order number for something I bought almost 3 months ago? I bought the Vevor 5 ton hydraulic jack to make it easier for me (I'm 70 years old) to jack up an axle if I got a flat tire or something similar. I tested it when I first got it by lifting up a rear corner of my empty 1/2 ton pickup truck which might have weighed 1,500 lbs. or so. It worked fine so I put the unit in the back seat knowing if I needed it I had it. Along the way I bought a 3/4 ton 4X4 pickup truck which granted is a little heavier but still well under the 5 ton rating of this jack. I placed the Vevor hydraulic jack under the diff to lift it and see how it worked with the greater height of the 4X4 truck. It went up and down alright so once again I put it away. I took it out of the case today to test it and found it sitting in a pool of hydraulic oil so either a seal failed when lifting the rear end of the truck or the unit leaks somewhere. Either way the unit is now .unusable
