Great Sturdy Quality Keyboard
amazing keyboard. would recommend to anybody. keys are clicky but also quiet. lots of travel in keys. they aren't shallow and also not raised up significantly. customized keys work great. connection via bluetooth or USB dongle work both fantastic. I use with backlit keys on full illumination all day and have had to charge twice since purchasing a month or so ago. ive only charged it scarcely with my power bank so im not sure the battery life duration from a full charge to being completely depleted. either way it is a long time between charges. great value for the money. very sturdy. very durable. feels heavy and quality not flimsy and cheap plastic. volume knob works great with my MacBook Air m4. double click to change songs going forward. hold it down to reverse track selection. thats all I know so far. great keyboard. pair it with the JLab 9 button customizable mouse and work becomes a breeze.

Good Keyboard that has bluetooth and 2.4Gh whit back lit keys and a good price.
This is a really good keyboard. The keys light up at night; the keys feel good when typing. You have to buy the combo with the mouse; they work perfectly together. You won't need 2 dongles taking up ports; one dongle will do the job.

Unless you need key mapping and like poor volume control for x2 the price, this is a no brainer
Feels fantastic typing. Wifi/BT both work seamlessly and the on the fly switch for Win/Mac/Android are awesome if you utilize two separate OS devices. Media volume control knob, is chefs kiss. The key binding software is useless outside the Fn keys so if you don’t map those, the “profiles” selection is ultimately useless as well. Good weight but needs a flat surface contacting the full bottom side of the board or you will notice some minor flex. (The case is plastic but doesn’t feel too cheap, the “metal” construction ads refer to is actually just the inner frame). It’s heavy certainly but it’s not the most rugged board I assume if being thrown around. It’s very confident if tossed around on the desk just fine tho. It’s a keyboard, not a construction tool.

Jlab Epic is the smart buy over Logitech
I purchased the Logitech MX keyboard and Mouse setup, which left me not completely thrilled given the cost and the functionality of the keyboard and mouse. Then I discovered the Jlab Epic combo at half the cost. After only a few days of use I returned the Logitech setup. The few things that you can argue make the Logitech "better" are not worth almost double the cost. Here is what the Logitech MX keyboard ($120) does (subjectively) better than the Jlab Epic ($70): - The font on the keys looks slightly more modern. - The illumination fades off as opposed to Jlabs instant off. - The keys feel slightly smoother when pressed - Bluetooth functionality was slightly better although exhibited lag Here is where the Jlab is better: - One Dongle to rule them all - the Jlab mouse and keyboard work with one dongle plugged in. The Logitech keyboard uses a different dongle than the MX 3S mouse. - Consistent keystrokes - no dead areas on the keys. Better feel for gaming and typing. - The knob that controls volume and other things is a great touch and feels high quality. - Looks as good as the Logitech - About half the price Cons: Keys show grease easily Bluetooth had lag issues and would have multiple key inputs. Solved by using the USB dongle. Keys feel slightly cheaper than they should. SKQUEAKY SPACEBAR. Honestly after a few weeks use, I can't imagine this keyboard lasting more than a year, I'd give it a 3.5 if I could. Hopefully version 2.0 addresses the shortcomings.

Am I even typing?
Super quite keyboard the mouse is as well. While some might like the reverb of the typewriter sound I don’t. This is great when in meetings no one can hear there typing. It was easy to set the Bluetooth up and if I really wanted to I could use the usb to connect a 3rd. Slim design great color and the back light is nice as well. Battery life has been good. Easy to charge with USB-C cable.

Terrible quality and worse warranty support
Both the keyboard and the mice of the same line as this are having numerous issues. Disconnecting, lagging like crazy, missing letters while typing, and I have to turn it off and on multiple times a day to get it to work. No customer service or support. I'm supposed to pay $15-$20 to send them back a $40 keyboard or mouse to them maybe get a new one if they decide to give it to you. Not a good brand. I absolutely love this keyboard! It feels super high quality, with an aluminum frame and the keys press very nicely as well. It also lights up when needed, and holds a charge from a very long time. The knob for volume controls is very nice and every feature I have tried so far works perfectly.

Llevo un poco más de un mes con El, excelente producto, fíjense que tenga la ñ si la necesitan, yo lo compré en inglés... No me fijé...

Love this keyboard!
I was looking for a lightweight, not bulky keyboard which also had light up keys. Came across this brand and checked reviews, both on Amazon and elsewhere. This is a great keyboard! It has a power switch, on the front of the keyboard. Super easy to turn it off and on without having to flip the keyboard over. They keys are smooth to press and the backlight are not super bright but are visible enough in a dark environment. I can't recommend this keyboard enough.

This is my second purchase of this keyboard. I was not familiar with JLab products. Bought the keyboard as a backup keyboard. Love and just bought a second one. I love the quiet touch of the keys and also that it is a full-size keyboard.

Keyboard is really good. Keys position, keyboard width.. everything favourable.. But i switched on my laptop this morning and the keys were automatically pressing on their own. I had to remove usb and insert again to make it work. This is my day 2 , so i am going to give a try for another day or 2 and if this happens again surely going to return.

Update after almost 6 months of use. The ability to switch from 2.4 to BT (and still function properly) is gone. I was so happy with the at first, but now I have constantly reset the keyboard and can't switch between device or everything gets messed up again. I have to switch the dongle between devices if I want to use another device. Super annoying as the multi device function was one of the main reasons I bought this. I can't figure out a way to reset the keyboard to factory settings (other than the reset in the app, but that only fixes the problems until I switch to BR, then it's back). I won't bore you with all the details, but I reached out to Jlab support and all I got in return was an Ai generated response with links to a couple hours worth of irrelevant videos that didn't resolve the issue. The Ai bot said if the vids don't resolve to reply and they would look into it furth, which I did, but nothing. Not even an auto reply or a trouble ticket number to let me now they are looking into it. It's been a month now and still no reply. I will send another update, if/when they ever get back to me, or resolve the issue. Original: I'm very happy with this keyboard! I was looking for a keyboard that could easily switch between three devices, be USB-C rechargeable, wireless, and have a proper backlit feature. Some keyboards only light up behind the keys, but I needed one where the characters on the keys were translucent so the light shines through and illuminates them—this one does exactly that! Unexpected perks that I’m thrilled with: the media dial = AWESOME! Programmable keys? YES, PLEASE! I noticed some negative reviews about the lack of dedicated Home and End keys, but personally, I don’t mind. Not everyone uses those keys; if you do, just program two of the customizable keys as Home and End. I think it’s great to have the freedom to assign keys as needed. Plus, you get three profiles for the programmable keys! Overall, I couldn’t be happier! This keyboard meets all my needs for working from home, personal use, and... I haven't tried it for gaming yet, but I’ll update my review once I do. Thanks JLab!!!
