I have many issues with my feet and can wear only sneakers. I've put these in my veja sneakers and can wear them for 10 hours without any problems.

I bought it especially for my knee pain. It seems to be working.

I got this thing because my work shoes were really uncomfortable. They didn't have any nice cushions or support, which wasn't cool. I've tried using heel lifts and inserts before, hoping they'd make a difference. But honestly, they weren't all that great. So when I found this product, I didn't expect much. But I decided to give it a go out of curiosity. And boy, am I glad I did! Taking about 20k steps a day. And guess what? My knees and heel didn't hurt at all. Sure it depends on your general health but I'm happy with them.

I bought for pain relief of my foot, knee and hips. It did not work as pain continued. It was too soft and did not provide arch support!

I wore these insoles on a trip to Japan where I was walking around 25,000 steps a day and they worked amazingly well. My shoes felt much more comfortable and I didn’t end the day with aching feet like I normally would. I will say my feet still hurt a little, but not nearly as badly as my husband who did not have any insoles (ouch!). When I got home, they fit easily into my everyday shoes and didn’t shift around while walking. It’s such a small addition but it made a huge difference in comfort. Definitely a must if you’re planning long days on your feet. It provides great support and was easy to size into my shoe as the insole has markings on where to cut based off of your foot size.
