This key cover is colorful and also very effective, as designed. I have both a Lenovo and a Mac. This is immediately identifiable as the Mac cover and helps to sort it from the others. It fits perfectly and keeps the dust out of the keyboard. With the Macbook Air, you have to replace the entire top surface of the computer when you want to replace the keys. If you work in a dusty environment, even occasionally, this cover saves a great deal of money.

I've used these keyboard skins since I first got my MacBook Pro in 2015, and would not want to risk something falling into the keyboard keys by not having them safely covered. __ The silicone skin is lightweight and is form-fitting over the keyboard keys __ This particular skin is rather opaque but some light from the keyboard shows through __ I replace these skins about twice per year as they will wear with keyboard use making the color on often used keys (like the Shift key and letters T, E, R, etc.) start to wear off. I've never had them wear completely through, but I prefer the color to remain uniform, so thats why I replace the skin that often WORTH NOTING: All keyboards are NOT alike. My old MacBook Pro is a mid 2015, meaning that keyboard has an additional row at the top, whereas other newer models do not. BOTTOM LINE: These skins are a definite MUST HAVE for me.

Like any keyboard cover, over time it’ll wear down and stretch. That’s just how it is. My old one came with a case I bought and it lasted me, from what I remember, a good year before it started warping. Now it’s time for a new one. This fits like a glove, or better even. It feels really good to type on so I’m very satisfied. The color is much darker than advertised but that’s fine. It’s still very nice and would recommend. Just make sure it fits your model. I’m using a MacBook Air, 2017 edition and it fit right in

Overall, I really like this keyboard cover. The price is definitely right and the color scheme is really beautiful. I've had it on my laptop for a few months now. The reason I'm giving it four stars is because it's started to warp a little in some places. At first it lay perfectly flat, but now there are a few spots where it has rippled and stands up away from the keys. It's not really a hindrance now, but if it continues to warp I may have to look for a new one. I do love the feel of the keyboard cover. I tend to type firmly, and this softens the blows a bit. I do recommend this product if you don't type quite as hard as me, which may be contributing to the warping.

My keys are looking kind of worn, so this is great to make the keyboard look nicer. The packaging left a lot to be desired. The cardboard was ripped from a returned item and poorly taped. Couldn't the company put the keyboard in a new package for shipping?

this fits PERFECTLY with my macbook air 13in laptop!!! the previous one I had stretched over the keys, but this one absolutely lines up with it, so I'm really happy. I love the two-toned pink and blue keys, too! It's really cute and adds a splash of color while allowing me to still see the keys symbols clearly (in black). EDIT: ok, I had to come back. This keypad is perfect in every way, the only issue is the smell (which is why I deducted the rating). The rubber smell is really strong for me (and kind of nauseating tbh). It's kinda been bothering me since it's been this way for a few days now. I tried soaking it in dish soap for 30 minutes, but I still smell it. I think the smell has stuck to my laptop. I think I've become a bit habituated to the smell, and it does get less strong after a week. However, it's been maybe a month now, and I still smell it occasionally. If you're not too sensitive to smell, it should be fine - my friends don't seem to smell it. Just wanted to give a heads up, in case this might be an issue for you. I still hope the smell will go away, but I kind of doubt it at this point.

crystal clear clarity

After a very short period of time the color was wearing off. It hasn’t even been used but maybe a couple of weeks and the color has rubbed off completely on the space bar and is starting to wear off on other letters also. The color is rubbing off and making my fingers blue.
