The larger platen handles bigger designs efficiently. It's heavier and takes up space, as expected, and perfecting the pressure takes a couple of tries. Have had this product a few months so far, and it has been great. I have not used all of the attachments yet, but so far it has been a great buy. It has been easy to use, works well, and was easy to set up.

I bought another heat press (CRAP) so I did a little more research. This one has a 'safety' connection and the wires are well insulated so they are not exposed (like the other heat press). The mug press makes a snug fit for making sublimation cups. Am VERY happy with the quality, workmanship and overall look of this heat press. After the disappointment with the 'other piece of crap heat press', I am VERY happy with the performance of this machine, so far. (Note - I have only used the mug/cup press so far but it is so much better than the other one I bought. Will come back after some time if this machine is disappointing.) As of now, I would recommend this heat press. Gave it 4 stars because there were no instructions in the box. I contacted the company and they sent a link for two 'educational' videos which seemed they were mostly for marketing - showing what the machine looked like and showing setting the time, etc. However, no real detailed instructions on "how to" set the temperature or times, etc.

THIS IS MY FOURTH HEAT PRESS IN A THREE WEEK PERIOD. THE FIRST THREE DID NOT WORK. THIS ONE WORKS SO WELL AND I AM SO FAR VERY PLEASED. WHAT A RELEIF TO HAVE A PRODUCT WORK. TWO WERE EASY TO HAVE PICKED UP BUT ONE COMPANY WOULD NOT PICK UP FROM MY HOME AND I HAD TO PAY FOR PICK UP. SHAME SHAME ON THAT OTHER SHAM COMPANY. THANK YOU FOR PRODUCING A QUALITY PRODUCT.

I bought this for my mother-in-law who is just starting out in making cups and things and she absolutely loves it! It is simple to use and the directions were very easy to follow. I would highly recommend purchasing this Tumbler Heat Press!

I'm bought in November and just started using it and the mug press on worked yesterday it does not heat anymore only made 2 mugs so upset touch money for it to have gone out.

I wrote and emailed over & over about this machine over 6months ago! The machine was missing parts and the main part that heats up machine doesn’t work and it never have I boxed back up to send back when I went to return they wanted almost $500 to Send back! When I told them This they said it was the Chinese New Years and they couldn’t help until after! Even then they never came back and did anything! So I just have a waste of investment sitting here & I'm pissed! No one tried to help besides telling me send videos which I did and still nothing! So now I’m wondering what they will do now I’m leaving a review! It’s unfair that I have to even go Through all this for something I paid for! No refund no replacement nothing!
