These plates are fantastic, I originally had one (rabbit design) for my daughter which she still uses at 4 years old. I bought two of these, one in blue and one in green as I've just started weaning my twin boys. The quality is fantastic, the wood is a good quality and easy to clean even in the corners, and the suction is really good and too difficult for baby to pull of themselves. I chose these designs particularly as I liked the ratio of the sections, a bigger section for the main dish and two smaller ones for sides/fruit/yoghurt. I'm also impressed with the size of the plates as I had purchased one previously (more of a flat mat style) which did not fit on my high chair - these would fit on most surfaces as the suction bit underneath is smaller than the plate itself. As I've had one already I know they last very well and cope with multiple washes each day, although they can't go in the dishwasher but that's fine as I always wash all baby's plastic cutlery and bottles by hand anyway. I did a lot of research before choosing this brand as there are lots of bamboo suction plates out there and I am extremely happy with my choice.

What can I say, this is by far the best babies plate I have bought, and I’ve bought a few! It’s eco friendly, naturally anti bacterial for a start which is a massive plus for me. It’s amazingly good quality and none of those nasties you get with some plates at all, no risks there! The functionality is just genius, the plate comprises of a suction ring on the bottom and it’s by far the strongest suction on the market. I have purchased other bowls and plates and my daughter can remove them all! Not this one though! That’s coupled with the fantastic designs which enable functional portion control for the food groups and looking like all sorts of cute animals entices children to eat which is always a bonus. These plates have longevity, ensure you look after it and rub the wood with coconut oil as directed, it will last a long time, it’s not just for babies, the suction can be removed so it can be used long past the throwing stages. It’s hand wash only which isn’t an issue really but I am used to throwing everything in the dishwasher! But going back to hand washing, at least you know it’s clean 😊 I’m buying more that’s for sure!

I am really in love with the visual design of this plate. The things that I like about it are - its a non toxic plate, compared to plastic, its bigger than i expected so takes good portions, suction is great, my kid likes his plate and I can tell him what food is in each section. The only down side is that it's not very deep and spillage does occur - but also to be expected when a toddler is feeding themselves. It's easy to wash, also need to ensure you clean the grooves. Its is heavier than I expected and compared to a plastic plate, the suction part can be a bit difficult to put back on. It would have been nice if it came with a spoon like the bowl does. I would recommend this plate and I have scored it 4 star rating as I think it is a little pricey. Maybe the more people buy it - it may go down in price. Great, practical plate.

I was so hesitant to order this as its on social media a lot and I thought it was just a fad. This product in the two days ive had it has really simplified my babies meals. For a start the compartments mean i can visually see what shes having an give her a portion, previously i had been using simple bowls and it was really difficult to see how much she was actually eating especially when giving some finger food and some puree etc. This has also encouraged her to eat herself. She was already becoming very difficult being fed purees and would not have them by spoon. However just switching to this plate she picks between the different compartments and it seems like she really enjoys it. Its very well made, feels like a beautiful quality piece, feels solid and like it will last, i have conditioned it with coconut while using the first few times and what i thought would be a chore was fairly quick to do! The suction is amazing....my other bowls don't have this feature! She normally knocks those out my hands or on the floor very easily! Ive now ordered a second design to help with washing/ give a different design! Its yet to be brought back into stock. Suffice to say, if youre hesitating, just buy it!

Just wanted to update this review! 4yrs later this plate is going strong so definitely worth the money! So far this plate has been a fantastic accessory to weaning, the suction is as good as described so far no problems and after use I just wash under running water and don’t use any scouting pads just a wash round with a soft cloth as to keep the surface protected I thought this would be the best way to wash and protect the plate. We’ve used it loads already and my 8 almost 9 month old son thinks it’s a brilliant new addition he just loves having the choice of foods in the different sections and being able to get his hands on it all, makes feeding much easier for me as he was at the stage of wanting to feed himself and gets stuck in to meal times great now!

A lovely looking plate with a very aesthetically pleasing design in terms of animal patters and colour choices. I liked how the portion parts were a larger size whilst also more balanced than many plates in this style. I also liked the presentation as it arrives securely in a box that matched the plastic suction pad. It has been easy to wash and store as well so that's been a massive plus. The only reason it is not 5 stars as the suction seems a little weaker than our other plates as our 10 month old has managed to pull this one off and get to the point of throwing it which she has yet to achieve with others.

Good quality solidly built product sucker works on plastic and laminet surfaces. Nice and strong. The little one couldnt shift it.

Suction works great! My baby cannot move the plate, but the easy release tab makes it fast for me to pick up. The compartments are just the right size for different servings, and the shape makes it easy for him to trap food with his fingers - before this, he would accidentally push his food across his high chair tray. It cleans easily and looks as good as new each time.

Okay so I’ve tried every suction plate on the market. This is by far the best. What I like: This plate has the perfect portion sizes for my 1 year old. Since I resorted back to plopping all the food on the tray, it was very hard to tell how much he was actually eating and if I was giving correct portion sizes. This plate helps so I don’t over load his plate essentially wasting food. I love the deep grooves in between sections. As a toddler learning to use a spoon and fork he loves to dig his utensils in and fling food everywhere. He can’t do that as much because the sides of the plate come up higher. The deep grooves help him get food on his spoon which he is very proud about. It dries quickly. When I think of anything wood-like like a cutting board or wooden spoon, I always think it will take forever to dry and how unappealing it would be to eat food off of a damp plate if you didn’t have much time between uses. This dries super quick and it’s so smooth and easy to wipe dry if needed. I love the different look. Just introducing this plate to my picky son after three days he has already tried three new foods he wouldn’t normally eat. I don’t know if this would be the case with any new plate, but he is really interested in eating after trying this. The suction on this is very good. I’m convinced it’s the best on the market. At six months old I introduced another suction plate on the market and within minutes my son was able to get it off. This has lasted three whole days of breakfast lunch and dinner and has yet to hit the floor. It does great on wood, glass, and anything non porous. The only problem I have (which has less to do with the plate and more to do with my negligence) is it doesn’t currently stick to the high chair tray . I use the tray to load and cut food before I serve it to him, which has cause tiny cut marks all over the tray. This does not allow the plate to stick in some places, but it does no problem on the smooth areas.

La bebe desde los seis meses que come sola (a excepción de algunos platos como purés) y como es muy inquieta en un breve descuido te encontrabas con el plato volcado en la trona o directamente en el suelo. Esta compra nos ha solucionado el problema. Tiene una gran succión, aunque en momentos puntuales la ha perdido, como si le entrase aire, quizas de tanto tirar ella que lo desplaza levemente al borde. Lo mejor el materia, puesto que no se rompe en caso de accidente pero evitamos que los alimentos estén en contacto con plásticos como pasa con la gran mayoría de vajillas infantiles. El diseño es muy bonito, y considero que muy atractivo para los niños. El echo de estar dividido en tres hace que los platos con diversos productos sean visualmente más atractivos, no tanto cuando es plato único que da la impresión de más incómodo, al menos a la hora de servir. Lo recomiendo puesto que lo considero de las mejores compras analizando su funcionalidad, calidad y precio.
