Floats like a Dream
The kayak is laid out wonderfully. It ticks every box I was looking for. The rod holder and bungee placements are ideal. It's nice and sturdy. I use it for fishing and I needed for it to be robust enough to carry my dog and gear. I'm about 200lbs. and the dog is about 100lbs. It's surprisingly stable with both us and a little tackle on it. The scuppers do not overflow at 320 lbs. I take the front net off when I take the dog with me and it's plenty of room for him to occupy without being all over me or between by legs. The seat is awesome, I love the little pocket and slots. It's still very comfortable after several hours in a row. The hole in the front middle of the where the strap holds the seat down is the perfect size to chunk empty beer cans through. They get trapped under there and don't slide around the boat. I did purchase some 3/4" rubber cane feet for the seat, I think I spent $4 on them. I would recommend that, but get some skinnier ones if you can. Poke an air hole in them if you're having trouble getting them all the way on. The skeg is very helpful and makes a difference. I've backed into things a few times and it kind of just pops up and dislodges from its mount, but it hasn't been damaged. Sometimes you gotta land to set it again is all. I load it up in a short bed Colorado. It fits great and very secure when loaded backwards and strapped through the scupper in front of the seat. Loading and unloading is quick and easy because it's light enough to jerk around with one hand. I got the Pelican brand cart designed for it too, and it makes it all that much easier. The shipping did suck. It was delivered in great condition with some neat protective plastic, so it's not too big of a deal. This issue was that the delivery date was rescheduled so many times. It took over two weeks longer than agreed upon to arrive. It's an inconvenience and annoyance, the anticipation was nerve-wracking. At the end of the day though, I'm glad it arrived safe and it's a great fishing kayak.

Lightweight, Stable, and Perfect for Fishing
I bought this kayak for my husband after researching tons of canoe, kayak, and small boat options, and this one ended up being perfect for him. It’s light enough for him to maneuver and transport on his own, which was a huge priority. On the water, it’s sturdy and stable, and he’s able to both sit and stand while fishing without any issues. It holds all of his gear with no problem and feels really well-designed for fishing trips. So far, it’s been a great choice and has made his outings a lot easier and more enjoyable.

Awsome purchase
This kayak is so bouant it would take alot of movement to make it tip over . I can swim but not a great swimmer and I feel very comfortable in it. Also waterbottle pockets great and storage pocket is pretty big to carry backpack or cooler..we love ours . Slightly heavy for us but we are in our 60s . Lots of fun to be out on water to float ,paddle or fishing. Also pockets for fishing poles

Best Value Ever ????
Ok 1st lemme say this is my 1st kayak and I’m 45. I have bad shoulders so I doubted I could even paddle. This is amazing and the Skeg really works good to get you moving forward. I may put a motor on it and get it registered , since it came with a Hull Identification Number . For less than 1000 you can’t do better for a fishing entry level kayak you can upgrade like crazy. I’m getting to all the spots I couldn’t before and haven’t fell off yet ( knock on wood). I think this is pretty great and if you’re thinking about it just do it. Highly recommended for physical fitness and mental well being . Seat is crazy comfortable and I could sit in it all day.. I can’t wait to go out again… the storage , the stability, the price and mostly the quality is a win where I’m from.

Pickup Truck of Kayaks
Over1 year Update Edit: Added some more pictures of camping trips. I brought my whole family aboard one day. My girlfriend, daughter and I can all fit and sit pretty well for a kayak. The best pros you can throw anything or anyone in this kayak and they're safe. With 2 people and a kid i was comfortable with slow moving river. I can carry to much glamping stuff. I bring chairs and tables and coolers and all the ridiculous stuff for a kayak camp because I can. I can collect all the rocks and things I find along the way and keep what ever I want. The Cons: with the skeg up you can just spin circles if you wanted to easy. Which can be a good thing but going down river you can get sideways and not really be able to pull yourself forward and straighten out quickly. And with the skeg down sometimes the fast moving water can push it making you drift as you go. I say drift because you'll be going in the same direction whether forward or sideways sometimes. Plus being wide and flat it isnt fast if you get a rhythm and keep pace you'll move pretty good. Sit in kayaks with pointy noses can just pass you up though. Would still recommend just for as cheap of a sale as you can find because it is still expensive to my budget I got it on sale! Original review: I love this kayak more and more each time I take it out. You can do a 180 pretty easily with minimal effort that too can be bad as you're rear will try to drift around alot without the skeg down. It's tracks pretty straight for under 11' with the skeg down. Main benefit to me is all the large flat space on it. You can toss a milk crate behind the seat 💺 and there's room on each side. During a lake camping trip I probably had 200 pounds of glamping stuff and fishing tackle and my friend even had to toss a bag on the front because his was over loaded. It'll hold weight well and you don't feel worried about tipping over at all it's almost 3 feet wide. It's down sides are it is slow you will not win any speed race with it. It is almost too wide I rub sides with my paddle and it's 96" inches. It is alot of money for a plastic boat essentially. I waited till it was on sale. The seat can be comfortable but after a few hours it's like any seat you want to stand. Not really worth it on the ground outside of the kayak but an option. Things I love it can hold any amount of gear safely. I was picking up cinder blocks off a gravel bar because I could lol even on holiday weekends boats flying down the river their wake doesn't bother me at all. If you carry to much stuff or like to pick things up as you paddle along this is the perfect kayak 👍 👌

Very comfortable!
So far I love my Catch Mode 110. The kayak has lots of room. I mean so much that my 8yr old was able to sit in front of me and paddle while I was in the seat. It's fairly stable, not as stable as I was expecting, but stable enough to be comfy while sitting. Standing can be tricky. I'm 5' 5" and feel like I need about another 3 inches in width to stand comfortably. You do have to be aware when standing or when sitting on the folded seat. Though I am just getting back into kayaking so maybe it's just my need to get used to it again. I'm not going to bore you with pics of the kayak, but I will give you one of my son paddling in front of me to show the room it has. There is only one center handle and only one track on each side for accessories. I do wish it had more handle points and more tracks, but you can add them as you wish. The only real bad was that it took a very long time to be delivered, about a month, and after it was delivered there was a huge gouge in the side. Since it didn't break through to the hollow, I didn't make a big deal about it. There was no other damage as some of the reviews have stated. Overall, I am very happy with the purchase.

Great power kayak for the money.
Why did you pick this product vs others?: I wanted a kayak for supporting divers with underwater cleanups and needed one with trolling mount. Nothing like trying to pull 100lbs of dead crabtraps and tires with lift bags attached in 2 foot seas and 8knts of wind paddling is a chore I needed power and this fit the bill. It has good stability and lots of room on the deck. I can also stand if need be or kneel to unhook the lift bag which I could not do safely without tipping over and possibly getting dumped with my old sit on top or sit in kayaks. Stability: good setup with trolling motor mount Value for money: another vendor wanted 400.00 more for same kayak! Works well: Does what I need it to do.
