i've fallen in love with these gummies! been buying and rebuying for months at this point. they're effective. when i stop taking them for a few weeks, i see my nutrition feeling low. and no, its not because they're addictive, it's just they add more nutrition to my diet in ways multi-vitamins do these days. again, they ofc do not completely supplement my diet because i still take my iron+folic acid supplement separately but you will feel the difference before and after months of taking these. you won't feel it immediately in days, but give it atleast a month. also, they're easy to swallow and taste very orange-y, so yum to have post meal.

Very gooduld sweet taste without any added sugar and good for health also. But note little bit some tonic or cold syrup taste also come but it is acceptable by our tounge.

The gummies actually have a taste of medicine . I have been using the Biotin gummies from same brand but it’s so tasty to consume. But this one I am finding it difficult to chew due to medicine taste
