Just started a few days ago. A hear it helps with dry eye, a with menopausal symptoms. My main two reasons for this purchase.

I'm 67 years old, and I have the best blood pressure I've had since my 30s... 120/60. I haven't been exercising at all for the past two months. I've done very little exercise this past year... so I was surprised my blood pressure is so good right now. Another thing it's supposed to help is your skin. I notice my wrinkles around my eyes are less severe now. Before I started taking this, I noticed the skin on my arms was looking crepey. Now, my skink looks much more hydrated. I don't use anything else for my skin. I take one a day. This is also supposed to help with blood sugar. I changed my diet to also improve my blood sugar, so I don't know how much this helps with that, but my blood sugar is much better now. I was pre-diabetic last year... now I'm not. I don't remember doing a review before on Amazon... but my good blood pressure inspired me to review this.

Wish they were in tablet . Gelatin in very hard on my stomach. An allergy but this is the only way I can get them

This is the first time I've used this product, and so far I think it's an excellent product. I've been feeling great since I started using it.

I am in love with this supplement. I started taking these to add to my omega fatty acid intake especially since this plant is said to have ten times more vitamin c than oranges! Yes you read that right! Also they say they have the more rare omega-7 fatty acid palmitoleic acid which is uncommon in the plant kingdom and plays a huge role in metabolism and inflammation. Ad someone with Erhlers Danlos syndrome my doctor told me to take more omega fatty acids and collagen to help boost my health and lessen my pain. Since I started taking these every day I have notice. Huge difference and I feel better. Plus it helps my skin as well. If you have acne or wrinkles I definitely recommend this supplement!!!!

I read online that Selma Hayak uses Sea Buckthorn Oil to help with vaginal dryness. I was already taking an Omega 7 supplement, so I thought I would give it a try and swap it out for my current Omega 7. No expectations. About 6-8 weeks later, there was a noticeable difference. I think my nails are also responding. No side effects. Go figure.
