The product does what it says it does. Really easy application, just need to peel off the cover on the back and it can stick to the forehead easily. It’s not too adhesives, so it is easy to remove once the cooling effect has worn off. It really does help relieve the painful headaches/migraines. They’re quite small, so it is easy to store in your bag when you’re on out and about. For what it is priced at, it’s really worth splashing to ease the symptoms.

Love these.

The forehead strips offer a lot of relief when your head is banging. My kids also love them. They last for a good 12 hours each. Just take it off for a minute and reapply when it starts to feel warm, they go super cold again quickly. Much prefer these ones to the migraine version, as those have menthol which makes my head ache feel worse somehow. Size is suitable for adults even though they're targeted at children. Much better value to buy them on here usually too. Also good during a heatwave!

Use these all the time when I have a migraine on top of taking medication as it takes the edge off pain till pain killers kick in

Amazing product. No idea how, but they work. Myself and my son use them a lot and have no issues! Take away my headaches without medication sometimes! They are easy to use, just take off the back and stick to your head. I wake up 9 hours later and although it’s dried out, it’s still clung to my head. Great value for money aswell, a very cheap product! If only it was acceptable to wear these out and about!

J'en ai toujours utilisé ces produits (d'autres de la même marque pour les migraines) et ça aide énormément. Facile à utiliser, pense à bien fermer le paquet (il y en a 2/paquet) Je recommande 100%
