Strength and flexibility
Great exercises, I used this every day. Important after breaking your ankle.

Great information at a great price.
Comparable to Paul Bragg's book but much cheaper.

About what I expected. Saves a couple of hours searching the Internet for exercises.
I essentially wanted a printed copy of various exercises that I’ve found on the Internet. It’s not a comprehensive foot physical therapy book if you’re looking for that. There are repeated exercises and the production values aren’t great—it seems to have been thrown together quickly, primarily for sale; but it does have proven exercises for foot therapy and strengthening, all in one spot. It fits my needs.

Not a real book
This pamphlet of , perhaps, forty pages, gives advice on ankles, but only a few on feet. IIt uses technicsl termss without expaining them. Get a different book.

Author not credentialed
What are the authors credentials? If he a personal trainer, yoga instructor, they don't have the credentials. I cant find any info on this guy, very sketchy. Treating back pain without the reader having a diagnosis of the pains origin is very risky. Don't waste your money.
