I take this every morning and it keeps me awake throughout the day. I can tell the difference when I don't use it because I go into a deep sleep into the next day, even if it's the early afternoon. It tastes like juice and not at all hard to consume. Speaking of juice, I take it with orange juice now and it gives me an extra boost, though there is no problem with absorption. The quality is good because it does exactly what it should for the price. The bottle is perfect for storing in the fridge and the measuring cap is very practical. My hair and skin has changed for the better. It's a slight difference, but enough to where I can notice. I buy multiple bottles at a time because this has improved the quality of my life/health and I hate going a day without it. I had so many side effects from the pill so buy this (and consult with a doctor) if you can't stand the iron pill.

Great Supplement. it absorbs quickly, doesn't upset my stomach, and help increase my Iron levels and energy. Highly recommended. The texture is smooth and easy to take. the bottle size is perfect for consistent use. the product has outstanding effectiveness.

A lot of reviews were complaining about the taste of this. This tastes fine, barely metallic at all, I was expecting it to be gross. I haven't gotten the.... side effects... of taking normal iron pills on this. It's a little pricey, but worth trying if you have constipation issues on slow FE.

Recommend by my obgyn. Doesn’t taste too bad it had has a strong orange taste with bitterness at the end. Did not struggle with constipation with it. Would recommend over the pill form. It was difficult to gage if it worked because you have to take twice a day on empty stomach. I would forget to take second dose.

If you’re Anemic,this is the best iron supplement on the market. It was recommended to me by my doctor, a little expensive but worth every penny when you’ve suffered all your life from “low blood”, which I have. I also have stomach problems and not able to tolerate iron supplements because of belching them back up. This being liquid and mixed with fruit juice’s I ha tolerated it very well and feel the results in about two weeks. I highly recommend it, but please don’t take any iron supplements unless you’re doctor says you’re blood is low, it can be dangerous!!!

Life changing. Always talk to your doctor about substituting, but for my wife. This substituted a high dose of iron that the doctor gave her for her anemia and it worked way better! We believe that it's how this product helps the body actually absorb the Iron vs. Just taking Iron on its own. Never take this in addition to iron pills, ask your doctor about substituting it just to try it and see what they say. This may work for you as it did for 3 people I know. Less tiredness, ingredients are natural, and the taste wasn't as sour as we thought it would be.it changed my wifes life.

I bought this product because my hair is so thin. I’ve been anemic my entire life and should be taking iron pills to raise my levels. I have all the typical symptoms, dizziness, raccoon eyes, breathlessness, fatigue etc. When I tell you I wake up ENERGIZED!?! I’ve never work up alert and ready to take on the day. I’m clear minded and happy. Even improved my moods. Now I am waiting for the brain fog to go away and thicker hair. But ladies if you’re anemic, please stop playing with your health. It’s gentle on the stomach if you take in the morning with no food or beverage. The taste is not to pleasant but you’ll live. Do not mix but drink with orange juice to increase absorption. I size I bought the 16.7 oz bottle and lasted about 30 days. (I missed a few days). And it’s covered under your HSA. Highly recommend
