Lights up at dark. Nice to have to save energy and not having to use light switch everyday. Highly recommend.

We have a puppy that likes to run outside at night and this ball is perfect because I often forget to turn on the light outside when it gets dark. With this, I don’t have to worry I just keep the switch on and when dusk arrives, the light turns on automatically and I know our puppies are safe.

My outside motion fixture never worked properly and I was going to switch out for a dusk to dawn fixture. Who would have thought they had bulbs only that did such and all I had to do was disconnect the wires from the same fixture eliminating the motion feature.

Great light shuts off as soon dawn is up

I considered buying a new light sensor porch fixture until I came across the listing for this dusk to day bulb. I installed the bulb in my current fixture. It works as promised. When I don't want the light on, I just turn it off. Instead of spending $70+ for a new fixture, this bulb gave me the functionality I desired at less than $10! Very happy with this product.
