This mix is dairy-free, oatmilk-based, doesn't contain any artificial sweeteners or other strange "health" supplements, and the ingredients are much cleaner than mainstream brands. It is a unicorn! It's on the gentle side as the name says, creamy and sweet with mostly a cinnamon flavor. My favorite way of making it is by mixing with a little under 6 oz hot water as suggested and adding an ounce or two of oatmilk on top. If you make it with water only it comes out too sweet and not creamy enough. And you definitely want a frother to blend everything. I tried a manual whisk and a fork and it came out a bit clumpy. That's the price to pay for the oatmilk base with no yucky chemicals, and I'm fine with it.

It was okay, but honestly had an underwhelming flavor. Definitely not enough for the price. I would just buy chai concentrate instead. :/

I would say it taste more like a cinnamon powdered donut than chai. It’s not awful, but it’s very sweet. If you don’t like sweet, you will not like this. Very cinnamon-y.

My wife got really into chai and this is a quick easy mix to do when we don't want to go through the entire process. Plus it's super easy to change up the flavor with some pumpkin butter for the fall season.

I tend to prefer chai in the powder mixes instead of liquid concentrate, but the vast majority of them you can find available are made with dairy milk solids/powders. I am allergic so I haven’t been able to buy any for a very long time. This option made with oat milk is really good. It tastes just like the ones I’ve been missing that I hadn’t been able to buy for a long time.

If I could give this product 0 stars, I would. While I love both Oat milk, and Chai tea, this product is absolutely disgusting! It does not dissolve, even in the hottest of water, with a frother, or a hand mixer. The powder was still floating around the top, and I followed the directions, exactly. Yes, some of it dissolved but the taste was horrible, and nothing like Chai tea at all!! I am so angry and disappointed. This company should be ashamed of itself for not offering any refund! I understand that this is considered a food item, and that is the issue, but this is completely unacceptable. A total waste of money and not at all consumable!

I wasn’t a fan of this chai tea latte mix for several reasons. First, the spices were too mild for my taste—I prefer my chai with a bit of a kick, and this didn’t deliver. Secondly, it didn’t mix well at all. Even with a frother, the mix would settle at the bottom of the cup, leaving my drinks grainy, which I found very unpleasant. For a higher-priced drink mix, it fell short of my expectations, leaving me disappointed.
