My dad has harvested ginseng for years and will chew the roots straight out of the ground, which to me, tastes like dirt. He has always sworn it gives him a natural feel good boost if energy so buying it in capsule form is a plus for me since I don't have to taste dirt and still get it's benefits. This product seems to do just that. Easy to swallow and get a little pick me up without caffeine and also get the benefits that ginseng is said to give. I believe this product is and does as it claims but I'm not giving a 5 star solely because I cannot make any guarantee since my dad didn't actually dig it up and process it with my own eyes. I do think and hope it's just pure ginseng.
