You can't heat it in the microwave for a long time, no longer than 3 minutes
Excellent plates, the only thing I didn't notice was that they were plastic (I wanted ceramic), but for picnics the quality of the plastic is very decent

Whimsical Lenox Blue Bay
I purchased the acrylic plates for outdoor snacks and the regular china for everyday in the same pattern. I would have done all acrylics except they are not microwave safe and I didn’t want to take a chance. Nice quality. Light weight but not too light weight.
