Bought this for the outlaws who are in their mid and late 90s, this has helped a lot as they were both constantly asking each other the day, date or time! The display is nice, bright and clear, it does keep good accurate time (unless they fiddle with it, which has happened twice!) but it's very easy to reset, with plenty of functions to choose from. I think it was a great buy and good value as it has a power supply no need for batteries! So looks good, good price and the outlaws were pleased!

Bought this for elderly mother. It is great, she can easily see the time, day, date as it has a large easy to read screen.

Works nicely out the box. Plug it in, couple of settings and the time is auto set. Display is big clear and bright in the Day time and dims enough at night so as to not to disturb. Has all the right date and time info in a nice clear format. Mother in law liked it so much we got another so she can have one upstairs and downstairs.

A nice big, clear screen, and came already set to the correct time so I'll assume there won't be any timekeeping issues going forward. There's a power button on the back, as well as a Menu button and a group of others for navigating the menus. It couldn't really be easier to use. It comes with a stand, which is just a plastic rod (about the size of an old WiFi router antenna) that screws into the back. I don't know how durable that's going to be and I think it's a daft place to cut corners when something more robust would have been better and probably not added to the cost. The other thing is the instructions. While they explain the menu settings fairly well, they make no mention of the other mysterious ports and their reason for being there. Specifically there's a USB-A port, Micro USB, as well as what appears to be an SD memory card slot. It seems very odd that they'd go to the trouble of having those things there, but not bother mentioning them in the manual!

Bought for my mother. Large display is easy for her to read and the alarms are ideal to remind her to take meds. Also tells her what part of the day it is - useful when she gets up in the night confused. Easy to set up and a very useful buy.

Didn't know what to expect however the clock is really good quality. Very easy to set up, connect to power then set the time. You get a choice of colors so when you get fed up with one colour easy to do. Perfect !

Excellent piece of equipment. Once you work out how to set the alarms, all works well. I can read the screen from 20 ft away and it's the 7 inch version. White frame, black screen and white text. Worth the cost for peace of mind.

It looked nice but just a month and more it is not working. Screen has gone black and return option is no more available.

Great gift for seniors especially those with site (extra large readout!) and/or memory issues. We bought it for mom while in rehab and, because it shows morning, afternoon, and evening as well, it stopped the 2am phone calls we were receiving when she thought it was 2pm. Also helped ground her to day and date. Great value for the money.

Nach den nicht so guten Erfahrungen mit einem anderen Produkt - die Anzeigen waren teils verwirrend, besonders für Menschen mit Demenz, hat diese Uhr unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt. Die Anzeigen der Tageszeiten sind nachvollziehbar, die _Uhrzeiten zu denen diese angezeigt werden ebenfalls. DieHelligkeit ist sehr gut, ein automatisches dimmen zwischen 19:00h und 07:00h vereinfacht die Bedienung. Die Wochenenden an denen die Zeit umgestellt wird sind ebenfalls voreingestellt. Nach gut einer Woche in Betrieb ist keine Abweichung der Genauigkeit festzustellen. Die Uhr wurde für meine 84jährige Nachbarin gekauft, die eine leichte Demenz aufweist und Probleme mit der Einnahme ihrer Medikamente hat, sowohl was die Tage, als auch besonders der Uhrzeiten angeht, wobei ich jetzt "hatte" sagen muss. Die Uhr wurde im Wohn-/Schlafzimmer an der Wand gegenüber der Schlafgelegenheit angebracht und ist auch von den vorhandenen Sitzmöbeln sehr gut zu sehen. Durch die Anzeige von Tag, Tageszeit und Uhrzeit mit großen Lettern kann die Dame das auch sehr gut und sogar ohne Sehhilfe erkennen. Alarme können ebenfalls für viele Etiketten, die dann auch angezeigt werden, eingestellt werden, sind aber hier nicht erforderlich und würden auch eher zu Ablehnung führen. Die Nachbarin ist nicht nur selbst begeistert, weil die Uhr ihr dabei hilft selbstständig zu bleiben, auch ihre Schwester war so davon angetan, dass sie für sich selbst und vier weitere ihrer Bekannten diese Uhr gekauft hat. Von mir eine klare Kaufempfehlung.
