Not that tough
It is advertised as being able to used clockwise or counterclockwise but the cable clearly states clockwise only. I have purchased five of them and two snapped the cable on the first time used. Tried to contact customer service about warranty and no one will return my call. You would think that at this price point it would be a bit more durable.
