I ordered Mimulus plus Red Chestnut after I read all about Bach for fears in animals. I gave these two mixed in the wet food of my sweet cat Jackie who was terrified of noises and faces from strangers. Believe me, the 3rd day she was so confident and calm when the noise of the arrival of the trash big truck, also when she heard the mowing of the landscaping machines.. She also is not no sad when I leave. I highly recommend Mimulus and Red Chestnut for this type of problems. I use two of each drops mixed in wet food twice a day.

This flower was recommended to me by my nutritionist for my mental health. It has leveled my thoughts and nervous system tremendously.

Works to lessen itchy dog. Sort of perks her up and relaxes her nervous system at the same time. A few tiny drops on her tongue. Empty the beaker into the bottle until there is just a bit left at the end of it then I squeeze the rest into her mouth. I tried topically, but not really effective. I've tried homeopathic, herbal, and now I've discovered flower essences. They all have their place. Great alternatives to traditional medicine.

I am not new to using Bach Flower Remedies I am new to the understanding, they only work for me if I am actively working on myself, with intent to improve these things. I've used Holly now, a total of three times and today, I had a thought. It wasn't a good thought, honestly. In fact it was a negative thought towards someone else, a stranger no less.
