I bought these knowing that they would not fit all size books. They are different and that makes them neat. They don't work well with small books because they fit too loosely. On larger books they are very tight and bend the pages. They are perfect for some books. If you buy them knowing this than you will be happy.

I initially got these for my kids to give as party favors but then remembered that my kids lose their "favorite" things all the time and these are inexpensive enough to replace them just as often. They're totally worth it.

I like this bookmark...one of my teacher coworkers couldn't get over how cute it was and that you could use the finger to identify where you left off. So, I gave her one. I think they would work well in an elementary/middle school classroom.
