Do these come with poles for putting into the ground?

No, but that's OK because they are easy to clip onto fences or trees.

Will these work for Eurasian collared doves?

Yes, they have been effective for us. We put these on a metal tree with a mojo dove with moving wings. Then we put 8 to 12 of the mojo decoys around the field as well.

do doves comes with this, like the dove decoy itself, and how many comes with it

When I placed my order I received three doves and clips. I am sorry for not being certain, it may have come with four decoys. I don't have them at my home to check.
