Good stuff. Purchased it when it was at a randomly cheap price. Not sure I'd be paying £10 a tube like I've seen it priced at.

Didn’t arrive with nozzle
Not yet opened it but it didn’t arrive with a nozzle as shown in the photo, for nearly six pound I expected it to arrive as shown in the photo. Additional expense to use if you don’t have a nozzle

No threaded tip or cap - use once and dispose of?
Applies easily and can't comment on the antifungal properties - you'll only find out after 3+ years. I bought this cheaper brand as I only had a small job to do. Then noticed that you cannot reseal it once open. Other brands have always had a threaded tip on the nozzle and cap so that you can try to make the pack last a bit longer for re-use. Luckily I have some spare resealable nozzles. A further trick is to put a small piece of cling film onto the main tube, then screw the nozzle over it. And when will companies get the genius idea of offering half-length tubes? This stuff cannot be good for land-fills.

Perfect for what I needed
The product was really easy to use if you have ever used a sealant gun before. Seemed to dry relatively quickly which was good and so far seems good quality. Time will tell.
