This powder dissolves well in hot or cold. I mix it into smoothies with protein after workouts. I also mix it into yogurt for breakfast. No taste. My skin looks pretty smooth too! Bonus!

Mixes well and tastes not too bad. My skin is firmer, hyperpigmentation is less, and stretch marks have filled in. I would recommend taking this with vitamin C or mix it in orange juice or something with vitamin C. If you’re not seeing results it’s probably because you don’t have enough vitamin C in your diet, as these amino acids can’t build collagen without vitamin C.
