I tested this with a small thermometer inside before I took it on a recent trip. Was quite impressed. 72+ hours at 40 degrees or below using the frozen biogel and only opening it once in 3 days as it sat on the kitchen counter.On the trip, it did nearly as well with 4 pens (1 Humalog, 2 Basaglar, and 1 Ozempic). Travel temps were in the 90’s, so I expected degraded performance. It was a tight fit including the bag, pens, and biogel. The thermos stayed at 40 degrees or below for 60+ hours (being opened a few times each day). By that time I had access to a fridge and moved the meds but kept checking the temp a few times a day.For the price, it does an amazing job!Highly Recommend.In fact, based on the performance of this one, I am also likely to buy the more expensive USB version soon for upcoming longer adventures.

This is a great product if you have medications that are refrigerated. I use this when I go on vacation and it keeps my meds cold for days. Easy to use and great value for your money.

Great product meet my needs to store. My medicine in size is perfect. Keeps it cold all day. Great for anyone that works out in the heat and needs to keep their medicine at a certain temperature.

Ad said container can hold up to 2 insulin pens and it is very tight to place 2 pen inside. Instructions mentioned specific drying instructions after use to prevent mold or fungus growth. That says to me the the plastic used is not fungus inert. Also, container is supplied with 2 insert bottles, 1 is to be frozen and explanation for what the clear one is used for.

Bought a few weeks ahead of needing it to test it out. Placed gel pack into freezer overnight. Placed in container with a couple regular pen and checked it for the next couple of days. It was still cold 48 hours later. Left it in another 12 hours and it was still cold. I then traveled with 4 injections to England for a long weekend from the midwest. Then train to Scotland and then to Ireland for a total of 4 weeks. There was one night when I didn't have anywhere to put the pack or my shots. I wasn't worried. They stayed cold in the container in the drink pocket on my backpack until the next evening when we arrived in a B&B where I could freeze the pack and refrigerate my shots. Unfortunately my shots have been updated to the larger size for my upcoming trip back to Ireland, this time for 7 weeks. I would only be able to fit 1 of the very large pens into this item. I would spend the money for a much larger item to use the same product. DEVINITELY recommend!

I just recieved my package from the locker, opened it up and saw this:It leaked everywhere, theres no liquid inside the ice pack at all. Theres dirt and mold inside the cooler, complete waste of money.

* used it for my vacation during a 30hr trip and it kept the medication cold* good and sturdy material not cheaply made* value for money* comes with a prefilled gel bottle and an empty bottle to fill cold water. Thats very useful for a quick trip.
