Works!
Not easy to figure out how to use an ac unit in a window like this! We have an old house so these crank completely out. So both sides need to be sealed. It wasn’t difficult to install, just use the adhesive to apply all around the window frame and then velcro the plastic pieces together. It doesn’t look the most attractive from the outside but it’s better than dying of heat! There’s normally No leakage but if there is a heavy rain, the way it seals together on the top of the window creates a pocket… so it will start to get filled with water and can leak down the sides a bit. How to solve that is to raise it up making a pitch in the plastic so it drains off the sides so it won’t collect there. The zipper opens large enough to attach the hose through. It really is the best solution for this weird type of window. Ok, the only one! Haha

Functional!
The one I bought was a bit too long. But it’s okay! Still functional. I bought this because the tape and box around my window didn’t look nice and it’s not weather proof. I like the flexibility of this item because if it rains all I have to do is remove it from the stick on Velcro and then re-apply again later if I want. Functionality: I like that it’s somewhat rain proof, and you can remove anytime and reapply if needed Stickiness: Make sure you follow instructions and clean your window seal well. Or else the Velcro adhesive will not stick.

Good Product Flexible Application
The graphic on the ad implies there is a fixed form to insert two hoses. Actually it's just a series of zippers that lets you place the hoses in a convenient way. It does keep out moisture - as long as you make sure that the seal is tight on the tape side and the velcro side. Using the supplied zip ties helps to secure the zipper around the end of the hose, but self-sealing velcro tape wrapped around the end of the zipper to cover any opening helps to keeps insects out, and is less expensive to replace than zip ties. Reasonably priced, useful instructions and videos, likely to last several seasons.

Great invention for weird apt crank windows
Works very well, easy setup and great use out of it thus far. Keeps any bugs and birds out of my windows. Very soft fabric , white in color with mesh parts. There is no noise canceling to this but it definitely helped my finally install my AC to my weird apartment windows! I use it to install my Air Conditioner Hose for my apartment crank windows

Decent magnetic door
I bought this to help keep the cold and hot air out of our sunroom, while allowin the dogs easy access. For that it works well. The lower rating is for a couple reasons. The first is these are not easy to put up if they don't fit your door perfectly. Our door is a little shorter and a little narrower, so I found that I had to roll the mounting sides up to shorten them. The next smaller size is too small. The second issue is when using this for small kids and animals who have no gauge on how hard they are pushing through, the velcro is useless. I found that I had to use the tacks instead, and at the main corners, I had to use my own screws to make it sturdy enough. The velcro adhesive is way too week. One last issue worth mentioning is that I wish they had a thicker plastic available, one that tears less easily. The last version I had lasted a year with heavy use. This one tore in the first week. I had to use packaging tape on both sides to seal the hole and it looks silly, but functional. Please start offering a thicker version that will last, even if it costs more.

FANTASTIC
This picture was taken from inside my mudroom, which has no door to the adjoining kitchen, no heating, big windows, tile floor, and even the walls are tiled halfway up. The room is always which cold, which is delightful in spring/summer/fall (I live in South Carolina), but heating the room/house during the winter cost me a lot (In the past.). Since I am in the process of renovating my kitchen, I decided to do something about this situation and bought and installed this curtain. IT WORKS!!! This morning I awoke to a warm house, whereas the mudroom could serve as a refrigerator. I haven't bought a room thermometer yet but I am guessing that the temperature difference is a good 20-25 degrees. My two kitties have learned to walk through more or less immediately, the carpet on the floor is supposed to keep their feet warm when the visit the litterbox in the mudroom. All of us are extremely pleased. One tip: The instructions say that one is supposed to heat the velcro tape with a hairdryer. I did not know how I could do that, after all, the curtain is quite large. So I attached the vecro tape to the curtain and instead of heating the tape with a hairdryer, I hung the whole thing over my shower curtain rod and warmed the bathroom with my space heater as hot as possible. The tape stuck to the door frame just perfectly. Love the whole thing - HIGHLY recommended.

Cheaper than a $500 pet door insert, easier to install and easier for humans to go in and out too.
I originally bought Bug Off Instant Screen (comes with tension rod) for the winter months so my two kitties could go in and out of the open slider and keep the mosquitoes out. It has now gotten a little warm in FL to be keep the slider open so I bought one (then another one). I folded a small section over and attached it to the plastic leaving an opening wide enough to put it on the tension rod like a curtain. If you try this be careful because the sticky part of the Velcro is super strong and sticky! Once it’s stuck there is no getting it off. I laid it out on the bed folded the side then middle then end. To create a pocket to get a curtain affect. One is a little shorter and one pocket was a little tight but I got it through and the reason I needed I to be a little longer was the air was getting through the top and blowing out the shorter bottom. Once I got the second one I Velcro’d the sides and Velcro’d the two panels together. Now it’s perfect, kitties learned to push their way under the plastic. The center has magnets that keep the panels together. It takes a bit to figure out how to open the two panels. I just put my fingers in the center to pop the magnetic hold.

fairly easy to use and put up. Wish that there were more magnets along the center to hold it together better.
