Is this product effective without the $25/month subscription? Where can I find a description of all of the exercises without subscription?

How is this anchored to a fixed point. I can’t find any information as to how this is anchored.

Either use the door anchor that comes with it, or, since the tubing comes with a clip on each end, you can wrap the tubing around a heavy vertical support structure (like a column or beam, if you have one), and clip it back to itself. The tension you create with the swing trainer will easily hold it in place.

Only if you download their app on how to use the gear. You have the option to cancel your subscription within 30 days. Just note that there is no direction included for how to use the devices without the app.
