Pretty much a must for BMW X3. Got sick of having oil run down my arm, this solved the problem. Absolutely no mess. Can’t recommend this enough.

I install it for six months now and I install it on my transmission pan Yukon, 2003

Both the Website and Amazon said it would fit a 2012 BMW X1. It screws in but the 24 mm socket has no room to go on. I had to use vice grips but have no idea if its tight enough. I also had to cut out a piece of the Under Carriage plastic with a saw. Of course the Oil Drain Plug BMW door cover you can’t use anymore. This should not be listed as fits BMW X1 2012.
