Love them! These ramekins are chic and beautiful. I made some seriously good Rose flavored Custards for a recent family gathering and they became an instant hit. The ramekins are sturdy, very stylish and they hold reasonably good volume of custard for single helpings. Custards and Crème Brûlées can be rich and the 4 ounce helping size is perfect. I like that they are oval in shape and not very conventional in their depth and size. They are unique and stylish, and I definitely recommend getting these.

These are the perfect size for creme brûlée, individual fruit tarts or even hors d‘oevres . They also come in variegated blues. I liked the whit because they go with everything. I ordered them and they came within 2 days...very good service! Beautiful quality with a nice fluted edge...

These were perfect for my Pistachio Crème Brûlée. Each ramekin was ideal for one serving snd they look adorable. They washed well and are very sturdy.

I purchased these dishes to make creme brûlée which I have never made. The dishes are a little smaller than I was expecting or that have been served to me in restaurants, but they do hold 4 oz. when filled right to the rim. I haven’t made it yet, but hope to in the next week or so. I think these dishes will be a perfect complement to creme brûlée or any little dessert you would like to serve. They are also a good sturdy weight.Update- Made the creme brûlée, and these dishes were perfect! The recipe I used instructed to put the dishes on a cookie sheet, fill dishes half full and put on oven rack, fill to top, and then add hot water to the cookie sheet. All went well until I tried to push the oven rack in—the dishes did spill over a bit, but it was not a problem since there was water in the pan. Perfect size dish and portion for dessert that is just enough!

These are well made ramekins. There is a good amount of surface area so there is more brulee topping - which I like. They are the smaller size ramekins, so you get more servings, but obviously the portions are a little smaller. Because the dishes are shallow, they cook faster than the deeper, round ramekins. The colors are bright & the dishes are sturdy & well made. I would definitely give these a try if you love creme brulee!

Top rack dishwasher safe! Two of these easily fit in each basket (four total) my Dual basket air fryer. I spray each dish with avocado oil, put one egg in each dish, along with bacon bits and cheese. They cook in 8 minutes on air fry @390 temperature. They come out great! Hand wash or top rack of dishwasher.

I'm currently a culinary student. I had an assignment to make creme brulee so I ordered these beautiful ramekins. They're not only beautiful but well designed, the perfect depth and sturdy for hot custard and bruleed sugar!! I will most definitely be ordering from this company again!!

A little small on the portion size for my particular liking, so ordered the round larger size, too. These are great for a smaller sized dessert.Customer service NOT so great!
