A useful poster for working kitchens with all the key information presented well. Has a tendency to curl up so needs a strong attachment - forget Blu-Tack, I used No More Nails. And will probably come to regret that decision.

Good poster but has spelling mistakes on it - nothing major but talks about wearing clean cloths not clean clothes ect

love the poster BUT the information is not correct [for the U.K] core temperature is 75deg c not 70.reheat is 82deg c not 70.probably the two most important pieces of information required on a FOOD SAFETY poster.anyway I look forward to getting my new amended poster and check[£1000]for this consultation.
