Nicely designed and packaged, this is a good model from a long time established model manufacturer.

Don't know as it was a gift. Then again he has never said it was bad.

Looking forward to building this now I've found all the parts.

Great for my 28mm wargames

Let me start by saying the item arrived promptly, well packaged and was exactly as described. In general terms, this is not a difficult build - there aren't thousands of parts. That said, it is well detailed. My reason for 3* is that the instructions are not the clearest and I certainly wouldn't recommend this model for an inexperienced modeller. There are two reasons for this. Firstly, there is the option to build two variants, which can lead to confusion, as the instructions are not that clear. Secondly, some of the parts had pegs, but no holes for them to fit into, which required some drilling. Otherwise the pieces fitted together well.

The part fitment is awful requiring a lot of glue and putty. Some of the clear parts are miles off fitting and the instructions are very little use with steps seemingly out of order and jumbled, some of the illustrations are more confusing than enlightening.If you don't mind doing a lot of extra work and still have a kit that isn't perfect you might like the good details, other wise get a different kit.
