It is a really nice quality copper bracelet...however because it is so nice and generously made, it is nearly impossible to make it larger to put on your wrist and the same occurs when you want to remove it. So mixed blessings. Well made, heavy and nice workmanship...but that means it is problematic to put on and take off.

They are nice but to small for my husband and lo large for me (the wife)

Almost a week in I could tell a difference with my arthritis symptoms in my fingers and wrist. But the bracelet turned my write green and took a couple days to get it completely off. The ring was really hard to adjust big & small to accommodate finger size.

Very nice set. Not cheaply made and has a decent weight . Not sure if it really helps with muscle pain but I will see. Also the bracelet is adjustable if you have big wrists but the ring isn't adjustable so keep that in mind.

Like color…does not disrupt my work day…still not sure about pain relief

I lost my ring its very rigid and I had to bend it every time to put it on and off same with bracelet
