This is a very short lived item beyond the warranty period with zero support from the supplier. Buy something else, I now have a Thermomix and the customer service is amazing and you can actually speak to a real person. I genuinely regret purchasing this very expensive product that did not last more than a couple of weeks beyond its short warranty.

As the instruction manual says, wash it quickly once done cooking. The plastic material stains easily. Cooking with curling and dark soy sauce is likely going to stain it.
