Item arrived quickly and well packaged. Easy to set up and use. Got it as a gift for my daughter and her husband to help them remodel their newly purchased home.

It was really easy to set up. Fence and saw blade came squared. The only thing that needed adjustment was the laser light. It was a bit off, and it did take some effort to adjust. Saw is very powerful and with the two spreed feature, I could cut the soft metal at slower speed setting. It cuts treated 4x4 effortlessly. The build was not as refined as other name brands, yet at this price, it is totally acceptable. Overall, a good saw and I recommend it to whoever needs a working saw on the budget.03/23/2025 update:I upgraded the review to five stars due to the excellent after-sales service from the manufacturer. The service was very prompt and effective to solve all my issues and concerns and I would grade the support the top notch support from the seller.

Overall: The saw does what it needs to do, cut. It does a well enough job as long as you practice patience. Works much better with a good blade on it. I am currently running a Spyder blade and it made me dislike it less. This saw will work well enough for house projects for the DIY person, not a contractor trying to get things done quickly.Pros: Value, comes with extra blades, has a laser, has a vice and extendable table. I like the sliding function. The laser is adjustable so you can sight it in.Cons: The start up speed is wildly slow. You have to wait a second or two to allow the blade to reach RPM.The slides are long, so you need to have some room when using it in chop saw mode as the slides are all the way back. Some saws have hinged arms that alleviate this.The blades it comes with are cheap, but its nice to burn through them, buys you some time until your next purchase of a proper blade.

Wish I went with a known brand, more expensive saw. I've used this saw lightly for a few months, recently I noticed the laser is off and the blade isn't straight. Then a few weeks ago it hit the fence and blew a bunch of pieces everywhere. Then I saw some of these reviews and now I don't want to use the saw at all, it doesn't feel safe. I overlooked the fact that this is a huge blade spinning near your head, kind of what I he highest grade machines, not the cheaper one.

Don’t why, but it’s bigger than we thought. Very study. My husband is extremely happy with it. Was delivered four day before date indicated.

I like the laser and it’s easy to use, but you do need a bit of space due to the arm lengths. My two big issues have been with the blade and the plastic guard. I believe one of the other reviews mentioned this. My plastic guard also broke in the midst of sawing and pieces flew everywhere. Thank goodness none of them landed in my eye, and it even threw the wood across my shed. Maybe if the blade was a better blade it wouldn’t have thrown the wood and broke the guard. Like I said it’s easy to use and I really like the laser. But it should come with a better blade and the guard needs to be made of something other than plastic. My Dewalt miter saw has a metal guard, but I realize I got what I paid for. So I’m 50/50 on my review because I do realize it is not an expensive saw however, I do believe it should be a little more safe.
