This makes designing a fitted pattern for myself so much easier because I can see how it looks on an actual 3D torso! It was also adjustable to my height so I can better visualize dress lengths. It is a bit hard to pin onto sometimes, and it is easy to tip over if you have a top heavy project in development and you don't get some weight evenly distributed on the bottom stand. There are a few things I want to do to improve the overall functionality, but even as it is it gets the job done well enough.

I wanted a dress form so that I could practice draping and use it to aid making garments and cosplays, and this has been great for that! Positives: -Adjustable and fits my sizing quite well (I normally wear a small, and I basically fit the smallest size range) -Stands up straight and sturdy, holds up garments like tops and foam armor solidly -Easy to use, can be pinned easily -Was easy to set up, came in a huge box and set up was very simple -Lightweight and easy to move Negatives: -“Pincushion” on top is just a piece of foam that pops out immediately, but it is an easy fix with glue or just making your own cushion -I found that the measurement dials weren’t quite accurate to the measurements? But I fixed this by just adjusting and then checking with a tape measure -I found that the dress hem guide was a bit too loosely fixed, and would not stay in the same height despite my efforts. But I did not really use it that much so that was not a huge issue for me This is my first mannequin and I have been loving it so far!

A real dress form isn't adjustable and costs a lot more. The durability, look and weight of a true dress form is nice, but very cost prohibitive. This is better than nothing. It serves, though it's a little flimsy. You can pin into it, you can adjust the size and you can adjust the height. It has helped me alter and build which is what we want it for.

Easy to assemble, even easier to adjust to my size

I don't care for this dress form. It's accurate, but it's mostly plastic, even the gears and the wheels you turn to adjust the sizes. I over adjusted one of the gears and it was a struggle to get the wheel to adjust. I feel like if I have to adjust it much, those plastic gears will wear out. It's very lightweight, but not in a good way. It feels cheap. Better than being excessively heavy, but feels like it will knock over easily.

Easy to adjust to my size

I have had this for 2 yrs now a d half the time it's been unusable. The parts keeping the mannequin in place are very flimsy. The top and bottom half don't align properly anymore. The top is connected to the pole by a platic piece that broke within the first month of use. The wheels are very flimsy. They don't glide easily. They're made of cheap plastic. I'd say pay a little more for a better product. I do not recommend this product.

It's cute, it has the measurements listed in the description, and it works for what I need it for. But I don't think it would work for heavy clothes; it doesn't feel very stable. It's made of plastic, but the fabric covering it is nice. It's the most economical and functional option you can find.
