Magnesium Cream

I have bought this twice now. I without a doubt I notice I sleep deeper and better, less pain, when I use this on the bottom of my Feet,, legs, shoulders and back. I have a smart watch so I can track what’s happening with sleep. This can cause a little itching for a short time on my legs. Not a bother for me. These is zero oil feeling. Just creamy. I find this a high quality product. Eases my pain too. Highly recommend this.

Was not sure what to expect with this so I just used it on one foot for months. My sleep is up and down, some nights better than others. The texture is nice easy application, plus not greasy. I started putting in my neck for migraines the past month also and seems to help.

This stuff works great. I have hypermobile EDS and I live in constant pain. Found this stuff at a little boutique store on Main Street and fell in love. I bought the lavender and lemon verbena. I love sandalwood so decided I would give this one a go too. The smell is not great, kind of like play dough, and it leaves a residue on my hands that I do not feel with the lavender and verbena ones. Also the oils are separating from the cream. Bummed cuz I was really looking forward to this one. Guess I'll stick with the other scents. At least it still works on the pain so I'll keep this one around for emergencies.

This magnesium cream is amazing. For the last year I’ve been using another brand I bought in a lavender store while on vacation. I loved it, but couldn’t find it online when I ran out. I wanted a cream with high magnesium content. After much research, and reading label, I decided to order this cream. Last night was the first night I applied it to the bottom of my feet before bed. Usually I wake up every two to two and a half hours every night, then fall asleep about half an hour later. I usually do that three times a night. Sleeping a total of 8 hours in two hour increments. But not last night. I sleep a full 6 hours without waking up. I had to check two other clocks to make sure the time was correct because I didn’t believe I slept that long. The cream smells wonderful, but not too strong that my husband complains when I apply it. The cream absorbs quickly without a greasy feeling. It actually feels like a high end hand cream. I apply about half a teaspoon to the palm of my hands. Rub my hand together for about 15 seconds, then inhale the lavender fragrance for a few seconds by breathing deeply through my noise with my hands to my face. Then I apply to the cream bottom of my feet, rubbing it in. About half an hour later I drifted off the dream land.

My daughter is a PA and has prescribed this to various patients for RLS. It has worked for years on my husband, for this diagnosis plus with leg cramps. Highly recommended. Even good for children when they have growing cramps in the legs. Just massage from the knee down. For full relief and relaxation. Or massage on the back of the knee for RLS.

Smells great, seems to help me sleep

I have magnesium chloride in spray and wanted a cream product. I bought this for its ingredients and it works just as well. I like that it has shea butter in it. When I am in a hurray I use the cream on my feet and lower back where the pain is. If I have time, then I use the spray product. I have recommended this to friends and let them know this is USA made and I get it from Amazon. I will continue to buy this as I run out. I use this after I shower in the AM, works fast for me. It allows me to walk the dogs again and last all day. I believe it is helping me have longer deeper sleeps too.
